Our Calgary Focus Group Facilities are second to none. Both Studios locations are newly renovated with customized furniture to maximize the focus group experience. I'm talking about boardroom tables that can be configured any way you'd like. Perfect for usability labs, IDI'S, TV tests, radio testing, concept testing, etc. How about living room set up? No problem, we'll handle that.
Ever been at a focus group where the respondents are squirming around because their chairs are uncomfortable? We haven't! We have invested in high back, executive leather chairs, so that participants could be comfortable, relaxed and inspired!
Focus groups aren't nerve wrecking JUST for moderators and viewers. According to a recent poll conducted by our sister company StyleLabs, 65% of respondents are TERRIFIED before the group starts. So, we built a living room, armed with a comfortable leather sofa, and chairs, as well as a big screen TV, so that they can relax over some culinary treats before starting the session.
Let's not forget about our restaurant trained staff. Each of our hosts' is hand picked because of their work ethic, outstanding personalities, and drive for ultimate customer service!
Finally, we've equipped our Studios locations with the absolutely BEST technologies; redundant video recording, downloadable MP3's, SMART Boards, Plasma TV's and HD Web streaming for everyone involved in the campaign.
